My Work

I've spent my career learning how to see.

As a web developer, I learned how systems are built. As a UX designer, I learned how people move through them. As a Design and Product Operations leader, I learned how teams become them, or break trying. That progression wasn't accidental. It was pattern recognition. I've always been drawn to the space between the problem and the person experiencing it, finding the thread that connects what's broken to what's possible.

Today I build internal experiences. The processes, systems, and knowledge infrastructure that help product and delivery teams do their best work. I design SDLCs, operationalize delivery models, and create the kind of clarity that turns friction into flow. My "users" happen to be the people building the product, but the craft is the same: understand the pain, find the pattern, solve it together.

I thrive in complexity. I'm energized by organizations that are ready to stop improvising and start building something that scales, and I bring both the strategic vision and the hands-on execution to get them there.
